La Croix du Reh dates from 1620 when an inn was built in the small village Chateauneuf - la Foret in Haute Vienne in Limousin  on the orders of the French King Henry IV. 

Over the years it has been used for different purposes, but now, as a chambres d'hôtes (bed and breakfast), "La Croix du Reh" has come full circle to its original purpose - to give shelter to the travelers 

 Holiday stay for a week or two or a simple stopover in your travels through France, there are always good food and warm welcome await you in our bed and breakfast in Limousin

The Garden Entrance to La Croix du Reh is the main entrance to the chambres d'hotes (bed and breakfast), where our guests get their first glimpse of our tranquil three-acre park.

Our bed and breakfast provides an ideal opportunity for you to discover the wide range of outdoor activities on offer in Limousin : from relaxing on the sandy beach of the local lake in Chateauneuf - la - Foret, visiting local pottery studio or famous Limousin porcelain factories to all outdoor and water sports on the Lac du Vassiviere or simply drive around the countryside to enjoy the dramatic landscapes of the Massif Central mountains that dominate the landscapes of central France.

Our Bed and breakfast  is a popular choice for many people seeking the peaceful atmosphere and traditional customs that can still be found in many of the charming rustic villages of Limousin the region famous for its cattle farming.

We always make sure that our b&b in Limousin fulfill all your expectations of holiday accommodation in France

We will make every effort to supply our guests each morning with a print-out of the local Limousin weather conditions and forecast. Departing guests can be supplied with a forecast of the weather for their destination.

Our Bed and Breakfast has  five bedrooms different capacity: 

Rose Room : accommodation for 2-3 people

Blue Room: accommodation for 1-2 people

Gold Room: accommodation for 2-3 people

Yellow Family suite: accommodation for 2-5 people

Lavender Family room : accommodation for 2-5 people

Baby cots can be provided for every bedroom

All rooms have en-suite baths and/or showers, clock-radios and coffee/tea-making facilities.
